On fear

Daylight passes in nerve racking anxiety

As my heart searches common ground to bond

And night comes a forced conversation

A small hope of tomorrow for one sided love

And I hated living an obsessed infatuated doom

But years had jailed me in anxious prisons

With empty nights and secret days

A pathetic circle with you across

My aching mind cries ever lost

And what I seek know I won’t find

But searching everyday for an end a cure

When frustrated I almost confess my soul pure

Panic stopping my sin in my lungs

Breath ragged gasps of misfortune

Said nothing of deep fears repressed entrenched

For future spelled us only miles and seas

Spaces I couldn’t believe you’d foresee

In the end truth left torment torn

Knew the world not for me but some other

You were yours and I was mine

And since we spoke of nothing more

my articles, poems etc.

Rain

As her auburn locks

Unfurled unabashedly

Lusting the fresh water

Falling like pellets

Which cured

The sparse lips

And miserable eyes

Changing color

As she flew

And danced

To the sound of

Ambrosia being poured

Into her mortal soul

When your eyes

Pierced her heart

And joined her merriment

With the clouds

And Electric sky

Her giggle thunderous

poems etc.

Hunger

As she sits

Counting meals

On her ribs

Her stomach

Stuck sucked

And curves

Of what remained

Draping her bones

With a fashionable shroud

As Impoverished rough turf

Becomes Tracks to

Her train of thought

Haunting her

As she mindlessly

Continues the cruel charade

poems etc.

Unexpected arrival

With an unexpected arrival

Drowned memories surface

Like bloated corpses

Deserving no burial

And beseeching comfort

The frightened juvenile

Averts hateful glances

As she shields herself

In a cocoon of consolations

Trying to suppress

What she got away with

Desperately hiding

The hole in her heart

Made by her ego

Blamed on him

poems etc.

Ballon

When he let loose

The enslaved helium globe

It drifted slowly

As if surprised and uncertain
And eventually more sure

It changed it’s pace

Hoping to reach the limit

Of the free world
And his smiling eyes that followed

It’s movements of celebration

Narrowed in sorrow

When the grey mist enveloped

And stole the only color

From a now bleak heaven
